His expertise spans offensive and defensive cybersecurity practices, highlighted by his record of over 40 engagements in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and red team operations. Committed to contributing to the field, Jeremy volunteers as the lead developer for a cyber range in a national-level exercise. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and pets, and participating in outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and fishing. Joe is an esteemed professor and the head of the Digital Forensics department at DeSales University, bringing an extensive background from the private sector and law enforcement to academia. Before his academic role, Joe made significant contributions to a leading computer security company, specializing in security assessments, penetration testing, and digital forensics. His earlier career as a detective with the Delaware County District Attorney's Office in Pennsylvania saw him actively involved in the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force.
